Refund policy
We do not accept return on our products as:
- They are freshly produced at the time of your order.
- They are packaged fresh at the time of your order.
- We don’t know how they have been handled or stored at your premises.
-All of our products fall under the “food” category and treated as non-returnable per industry standards.
For above-mentioned reasons, returns can’t be placed back into inventory.
If the food products you purchased from Chef’s Pick is inedible, we will happily refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.
In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us on 0332 746 7272 within 24 hours from receiving your order. Please note that our policy lasts 24 hours; if 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Chef’s Pick reserves the right to have the sauces assessed prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
Handling and Freshness
Please refrigerate the sauces immediately upon receipt. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients. Sauces properly stored in the refrigerator will remain fresh and delicious for the time period mentioned on the product packaging.
